It is my pleasure and privilege to serve as President, now that Marvin has relocated to Texas due to a job transfer. I want to thank him for his patience and tutelage over the last few months, as I learned more about this role and what I need to do in the remaining months of our fiscal year. My only hope is that I can make this look as easy and seamless as he did! I look forward to continue working with many of you to continue the goals of improving our neighborhood.

In an effort to create an informal venue for us to get to know more of our neighbors, there will be a “Meet & Greet” beginning at 6:45pm the day of our General Body Meetings – meetings will begin afterward, promptly at 7:00pm. Join us for some light snacks and welcome new, and not-so-new, neighbors!

We have two speakers this month. Rich Cogen, Executive Director of the Ohio River Foundation, whose presentation will be: “Local Climate Change Implications & Homeowner Action Plans”. Please come to hear what he has to say about how we can prepare for and possibly prevent deleterious effects to our homes and local climate. Our second speaker is Betsy Newman, Executive Director of SCORE. SCORE helps small businesses be successful through mentoring and education.

If you would like to share any ideas for future speakers, meeting topics, celebrations or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us via our email address: We welcome your feedback and I look forward to seeing you at our General Body Meeting on March 13th!
