On November 12, 2015, North Avondale received recognition for the work of two neighborhood leader groups at the Keep Cincinnati Beautiful, Just Desserts Awards Reception. The North Avondale Neighborhood Association, led by the North Avondale Beautification Committee and the North Avondale Montessori School Recycling Program received awards from Keep Cincinnati Beautiful based on their projects for neighborhood clean up and sustainable recycling practices for neighborhood youth. In addition to being recognized in front of Cincinnati Civic Leaders, neighborhood residents who attended the event were inspired by the multitude of innovative practices occurring in neighborhoods through out Cincinnati.

Thank you to all those who came out to assist with these efforts. We truly are proving through our dedication to community that North Avondale is “Cincinnati’s Best Address!”
