Our understanding of Education & Rental Housing, influences our thinking about our neighbors and our neighborhood. All neighborhoods and cities have residents in need. Misinformation fuels our fears and worries, preventing us from recognizing them as our neighbors.
▪ What kind of a neighborhood do we want to live in?
▪ Are we only concerned about the owner occupied homes and families?
▪ Are we able to include as neighbors people in need who live in our neighborhood?
▪ Can we open our minds to the whole picture and contribute to solutions that help people in need who are in our neighborhood and city?
The Education/Rental Housing Committee meets monthly on the first Thursday at 1:30 PM at District 4. We are gathering facts on people in need as well as problems that impact all neighborhoods and are present in all families. Please join us if you are interested in looking at the problems and solutions.
