I’m sure everyone remembers the CINCY Neighborhood Games (CNG) that was held last summer and where North Avondale came in 4th out of the 52 neighborhoods in Cincinnati. The original plan was to have the event every 4 years just like the Olympics. Well, due to popular demand the CNG are coming back in 2018 – two years earlier than expected.
The goal is to have some elimination games in 2018. Planning is still underway. CNG had a tent at North Avondale Party in the Park on Sunday June 11. Many of you stopped by to learn more or talk with me.. We had some really fun demos where people participated.
I will not be able to be the North Avondale Captain for the next round so we are looking for someone to step in and run the North Avondale events. I will be around to coach and show you around. It was a lot of fun work for me these past 18 months. You are guaranteed to have fun as well.
Organizational meetings begin in January with the events finalizing in August. There is a job description and complete schedule available upon request.
