Luminary 2015

    • Save the Date for Saturday, December 12.
    • Looking for Street Captains for Luminary 2015. If interested or for more information contact Co-Chairs Michelle Baxter or Carolyn Gillman (emails at the end of this newsletter).
    • Luminary is not a religious activity nor is it a NANA project.
    • Proceeds from Luminary are kept separate from NANA and are now used to benefit only our neighborhood. They have been used for: banners on Reading Road; the letters on the wall at the end Marion on Clinton Springs; for Walnut Hills Hockey Team in memory of Philip Bates; and other charitable organizations thanks to Jolene Struebbe who started this event years ago.
    • How to determine what to order
      • Count # of sidewalk pavers on your property front, including driveway.
      • One luminary bag per sidewalk paver.
      • Each kit contains, 20 bags, candles & sand.
      • Cost is $12.50.
      • If you don’t have a sidewalk you can still participate, place bag every three feet.

    • Click here for the form if you live on Burton Woods, Camden, Clinton Springs, Dickson, Fred Shuttlesworth (N & S), Leyman, South side of Mitchell, Red Bud (south of Mitchell), Spring House and Warwick or pay via the website.
    • If you live Avondale, Barry Lane, Dakota, Ledgewood, Lenox Pl & Ln, Marion, Valley and Winding Way pay via the website.
    • If you live on streets not listed above, they are not listed because we do not yet have committee approved street captains for these streets and can not guarantee that these streets will have enough participation. Contact Michelle if interested in participating.
    • Click here to pay via the website for your kits. Fill in that page and go to the empty space (other) under “My donation is for” and write Luminary & the # number of kits and (if you don’t need sand put no sand)
