Sky Breath Meditation Workshop

Sandesh Samdaria is a North Avondale resident since 2008 staying on Barry Ln. He started practicing Art of Living breath work and meditation in 2005. The practices really help him stay grounded, increase productivity and improve relationships. He is a volunteer teacher since 2015 and continues to offer the workshop.
