Connected Communities Response: Mike Huber (Beechwood Avenue)

Please don’t change zoning in North Avondale to allow multiple family housing in the old, historical single-family neighborhoods on either side of Reading Road. The history and legacy of these homes is a key part of Cincinnati’s attraction, and should not be altered by the “connected communities” initiative.

I understand the need for more housing in the city, but negatively altering the beauty and charm of these old neighborhoods is not an approach that should be considered.
