Founded by Iya Abiye Mawusi Ashshakir, The Mothership Center is a beacon of hope and empowerment for mothers, babies and families in Cincinnati. With over 23 years of experience in birthwork and maternal health, Iya Abiye has tirelessly worked to address the health disparities and infant mortality rates in our community. The opening of The Mothership Center is a significant milestone in this ongoing journey.
