Sky Breath Meditation is a 3-day (2.5 hours each day) online workshop. The workshop teaches practical, self-empowering tools that bring more clarity of mind, resilience, and purpose. You will learn an evidence-based practice called SKY breath meditation. Sky breath meditation leads to a relaxed and stress-free mind, and an energetic and healthy body. Participants feel a greater sense of happiness and enthusiasm during the retreat, and regular practice of Sky Breath Meditation leads to better sleep and stronger immunity. The workshop also includes interactive wisdom sessions and practices that lead to improved decision making and interpersonal relations in life. Some sessions include understanding the sources of energy and how to tap into them, learning the 5 golden keys to happiness and how they can positively impact our daily lives. The practical tools and techniques you learn in SKY breath meditation workshop can be taken home and easily incorporated into our daily lives to experience many benefits.
This workshop also includes an online live session with Sri Sri Ravishankar, founder of Sky Breath Meditation and global humanitarian and peace envoy.
