The owner of Smmarthousing LLC, John Smith, has secured pre-approval for financing and is eager to move forward with a solid plan to transform this historic structure into a vibrant community anchor. The redevelopment will feature 26 market-rate residential housing units and two commercial spaces, bringing new life, residents, and businesses to our community.
During early demolition, fascinating architectural details from the original design were uncovered, and these unique features will be thoughtfully incorporated into the commercial units, blending historic charm with modern function.
