The meeting was called to order by President Dawn Johnson at 6:30 p.m.
2. Attendance
Members and guests present were:
Dawn Johnson; Amy Rasmussen; Walter Koucky; Robert and Janet Banks, T. Kushaiah Brookins, Jennifer Harten; Shawn Butler, Dariah Williams.
Motions/Votes
A motion was made by Walt Koucky to approve the December Minutes and seconded by Janet Banks.
Vote: Motion carried.
Motion for adjournment made by Dawn Johnson and seconded by Walt Koucky.
