Nadav Livne of YoLo Investments recently purchased 790 Clinton Springs and is interested in your ideas for restoring this historic building in the center of North Avondale.
Mr. Livne reached out to NANA in an effort to find options for renovating these shared living spaces. The current layout is multiple bedrooms with a bath attached to a shared living space with the kitchen on the lower level. He is interested in contacts at Xavier, University of Cincinnati and the hospitals to determine if they could match up housing needs for these organizations.
