Good morning,
I am writing today as a home-owner and resident of North Avondale to express my extreme concerns and opposition to the current Connected Communities Plan.
A few items of note that need to be addressed before any plan is approved:
- The city should provide an economic impact data report
- The city should provide an environmental impact analysis.
- The Connected Communities initiative does not reflect the level of density the city wants to achieve.
Without the proper analysis and insights how can any plan be approved with an expected successful outcome?
If the people who are living and working in this neighborhood are outright rejecting the plan and their questions are not being addressed how is that being overlooked?
