The team at Rosemary’s Babies provided this update asking for your consideration during increased construction activity.
Dear Neighbor,
Rosemary’s Babies Co. (RBC) would like to thank the community for your support and outreach as we continue to progress in our efforts to renovate the property at 3864 Reading Road, previously known as The Rupel/Rubel House.
During the month of September, RBC will be increasing our construction staff to ensure we complete our construction timely. We ask that you be patient with our crew and contractors. In the next week, a concrete truck will be onsite for up to 3 days; thereafter, larger trucks will be onsite for deliveries between 7:00-4pm.
While we try to ensure every contractor and vendor understands parking restrictions, respect for the community, and being a good neighbor, there may still be mishaps with parking. We respectfully request that you refrain from contacting the Cincinnati Police Department but rather, as a first step, directly contact the Site Supervisor: Adrian (513) 760-3333, or RBC CEO: Rosemary Oglesby-Henry (513) 813-8336. Both are onsite regularly.
We are excited to complete this project and keep the promise we made to our city, our babies, and you, the community. It is no coincidence the new property paint color is called “Promise.”
