In honor of the July 4th holiday, the NANA executive board will NOT meet on the first Tuesday of the month. Instead, the NANA executive board will have a quick meeting from 6:00pm until 6:30pm before the start of the July 11 general meeting.

Sky Breath Meditation is a 3-day (2.5 hours each day) online workshop. The workshop teaches practical, self-empowering tools that bring more clarity of mind, resilience, and purpose. You will learn an evidence-based practice called SKY breath meditation.
