Starting in August, students who need more flexibility and support than what’s typically available in traditional schools have a new way to earn their high school diploma.
Cincinnati Acceleration Academies will offer a tuition-free community high school designed for students who have fallen behind on credits or left school before graduating, helping them reconnect with their education and work toward an Ohio high school diploma.
“Every young person in Cincinnati deserves a path to a high school diploma, no matter what challenges they’ve faced along the way,” said Gabrielle Jackson, Director of Cincinnati Acceleration Academies.
The school is currently accepting applications for students ages 14-21.
A press release is available here: http://prez.ly/DqJd
And an informational virtual event will be happening July 9 at 7pm ET. : https://info.accelerationacademies.org/cincinnati-info-session?hsCtaAttrib=215844504638
We are hoping to draw attention to the program to help kids who have dropped out or feel lost in school.
