Newly-elected Board members will introduce themselves, including their names and roles. Following this, Committee Chairs will introduce themselves and the committees they will lead.

The Executive Board passed a motion to form the following committees: (Committee Chairs TBD)

- Outreach Committee
- Welcome Committee, as a Sub-Committee of Outreach
- Historic District Committee, as a Sub-Committee of Zoning
- Master Plan Committee, as a Sub-Committee of Zoning
- Youth Committee
- Tech & Media Committee
- Community Development Corporation Committee
- Neighborhood Unity & Intercouncil Liaison Committee
An additional motion was passed to grant board membership and voting rights to the Chairs of the following committees:
- Beautification Committee
- Zoning Committee
- Committee Leadership and Membership Opportunities
The Board will announce that we are seeking volunteers to chair our new committees. We will share the list of committees that still need chairs and invite interested members to express their interest. - Historic Designation: A Q&A with Douglas Owen, Urban Conservator-Cincinnati Historic Conservation Office

- Douglas Owen serves as the Urban Conservator for the City of Cincinnati, leading efforts to preserve and guide development within the city’s historic districts. He works closely with residents, developers, and the Historic Conservation Board to ensure projects align with Cincinnati’s rich architectural heritage. With a background in architecture and planning, Doug brings both expertise and approachability to his role.
