Summer is here Neighbors and Friends and I hope you are all enjoying it to the 10th degree (even though most days right now are pretty humid and hitting the heat index in the mid-90’s++)
I am so excited for North Avondale and all of the events that have been taking place recently.
I can’t remember any other year where so many people from our neighborhood have come together for so many different fun activities.
I especially want to thank Jolene Struebbe for putting together the “Before The Makeover Tour” and Morgan Rottinghaus for putting together the Food Truck Festival. I look forward to all of the upcoming North Avondale events that will take place during the rest of the summer.
I’m wishing everyone a happy (and safe) 4th of July and I hope everyone this weekend finds a pool to stay cool in during the day and a firework show in the evening that will fill up your cup.
I also want to thank all of you that I have heard from recently on various items and issues and I encourage you to keep reaching out to engage with NANA in the future because my door (and email and phone) will always be open to you all!
