The application team from NANA recently presented at the Public Staff Conference and City Planning Commission. The CPC voted to unanimously support Historic Designation. The proposal now moves to Cincinnati City Council, where it will first be considered by the Housing and Growth Committee before advancing to the full Council for a final vote. This will likely happen in August, but we also think the city will send out a mailer with more information on the specifics- so keep an eye out for it.
