The Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) of Greater Cincinnati’s has a low interest Home Repair Loan Program: Revive + Thrive that is quickly coming to an end. This program is open to residents of both City of Cincinnati and Hamilton County and provides a super low interest home repair loan to homeowners who may not be able to get financing elsewhere to make critical repairs to their homes. They are looking for homeowners with at least a 560 credit score and make at most 80% of the local area median ($80,550 for a family of three) for this unique loan product.
